grisha stepanian (b. 1997, kaliningrad, russia; resides in los angeles, california) – multidisciplinary artist working across painting, drawing, and installation. his practice explores identity, mental condition, fear, and belonging through symbolic imagery and immersive environments. Influenced by migration and his experience of U.S. immigration detention, he creates works that transform personal memory into shared emotional space.
